Wednesday night services are getting a slight facelift. Starting in August we are beginning Midweek at The Avenue. The idea behind this is to create a place for families to come in the middle of the week to get recharged and ready to serve Christ leading up till Sunday.

While our prayer service, meal and youth service are not changing some other things will be. We will be having family related classes each week. These classes will be for you to choose from based on what you feel that you are needing. Whether it is a men's class, women's class, parenting class or financial class, these will be offered as alternatives to our prayer service.

Our kids activities will be changing as well. We will no longer be doing RAs and GAs but will now have two separate classes for your kids.

Kids who are in Pre-K through 4th grade will be a part of a new combined class. Each week will involve a lesson based on a bible passage, a focus on missions as well as game time and other activities.

5th and 6th graders will have their own ministry beginning in August called Traverse. The idea for the class is to help them as they begin the journey from being a kid to being a teenager. Geared to look like our youth service each week we will have a time of teaching as well as small groups for guys and girls. This will provide a place for your student to ask questions and to receive godly advice from adults in our church.

Midweek is meant to fully reach you and your family. Please join us in August as we kick off Midweek!
