This Mother’s Day we honor and celebrate the beautiful gift of motherhood. To all the mothers, grandmothers, spiritual mothers, and mother figures in our lives–thank you for your love, your prayers, your strength, and your faith. Proverbs 31:28 says, “Her children rise up and call her blessed.” May God bless you richly this Mother’s Day and always for the love you give and the lives you shape.
Members of WABC may now access our new directory on the Church Center app! The directory can be found by tapping on “More” at the bottom of the Church Center Home Page and choosing Directory from the menu.
As a reminder, the directory is only available to members and your information will only be shared if you accepted the invitation emailed to you in March. If you need a new invitation, please call the church office or email us at info@wabconline.com.
On Saturday, May 17, we will have a neighborhood visitation of 350 homes. We will meet in the gym at 9AM to put together the gift bags we will distribute. Breakfast items will be served. At 10AM we will visit homes located in close proximity to the church.
On Sunday, May 18, we are asking our church family to invite unchurched family members and friends to our 8am or 10.30am service. After the services, food trucks will be parked by our gym to give free food items to all in attendance. Make plans now to attend and invite others.
We are excited to announce we are starting a women’s online Bible study this summer. We’ll be studying Esther, a Bible study by Kelly Minter, beginning June 11 and ending July 23.
We will meet in an online chat room through Microsoft Teams each Wednesday night at 7PM and chat about the lesson and the video from Kelly Minter. A study book is required in order to participate, and the cost is $20 which includes the videos. You will need to register online to purchase your book and get access to the online community at Microsoft Teams. Just click the link below to register!
REGISTRATION IS NOW OPEN! Click below to sign up your kids to attend. We still need volunteers to teach or assist with Bible study, recreation, snacks, crafts, etc. If you would like to help, you can also sign up by clicking below.
