Get involved at The Avenue!
October is the month we recognize our pastors and church staff. Please feel free to write a thank you note, bring baked goods to the office, or just give a word of encouragement to our staff in appreciation for their service.
Pastor Mark will be in revival at Gum Springs Baptist Church in Sparta, October 5 - 8. Please be praying for God to work in the hearts of those attending, that true revival would occur.
Instead of our annual Harvest Carnival, we will host a trunk or treat event at Jere Whitson Elementary School on October 22, 6pm - 7:30pm. We need about 30 people/families to decorate trunks and several other volunteers to serve in different areas. If you're willing to help, please register by clicking the link below.
This Sunday will be the last opportunity give to the Golden Offering for Tennessee Missions which provides funding for critical mission strategy and sustains state ministries not funded through the TBMB Cooperative Program. Our church goal is $7,500 and we have collected $5,794 to date. Please consider giving to this fund to spread the gospel in TN.
Samaritan’s Purse sends gift-filled Operation Christmas Child shoeboxes to children in need around the world together with the message of the Gospel of Jesus Christ. If you would like to help send 165 boxes from WABC, click the link below to give through Church Center. The suggested donation for packing and shipping one box is $25.
